International Institute of Mentoring Admission Process for New Mentees

Complete the International Institute of Mentoring New Mentee Application for Admission form and return to His Song Ministries with the following:

• $25.00 (non-refundable) application fee
• Recent, passport size photograph of yourself

Three recommendation forms must be submitted in order for your file to be complete. The forms should be submitted by the following:

• Senior Pastor
• Two other individuals, unrelated to you that have known you for at least two years.

(Each form should be sent directly to His Song Ministries from the individual so they will be kept confidential.) Upon acceptance, the tuition of $475.00 is due in full four weeks prior to the beginning of class.
